Transformational Workshops
Over the years I have participated in many different experientially based transformational workshops for women and have sat in many groups that provided transformational experiences. When I was first introduced to this work, I knew it was for me. I loved the rawness, authenticity, intensity, and community of men and women that seemed equally drawn to this life changing work. It was in 2017 that I decided to begin training so that I could offer transformational experiences (and the word experience is key here – this type of work invites us into an actual here-and-now process or experience) to others. I am pleased to announce that my first transformational workshop will be offered in February of 2019.
Calendar for Janelle’s Workshops
At these interactional and experiential workshops, you will be invited to engage not only with your own heart, body, and mind, but with other kindred and sojourning women. You will be led through structured exercises and shares that encourage mindful presence, authentic relating, and gentle self discovery. Activities will include such things as partner sharing, small groups, large circles, journaling, mindfulness, short teachings, movement and dance. Transformational workshops such as these can be deep, transformational, invigorating and extremely life-giving! All workshops are in the Denver metro area.

COR Experience
I am also in relationship with an organization in California called CORexperience. COR is latin for “heart.” Essentially their workshops for both men and women provide “heart experiences.” COR has been around for decades and have touched hundreds and hundreds of hearts. They currently offer two retreats for women (COR Woman and Radiant Woman) and one retreat for men (Noble Man) as well as a Leadership Training track. I am currently being trained to help facilitate these workshops and would love to invite you to consider participating.
